Conference for World Renowned Architet "LE CORBUSIER" hosted at CIU

A seminar on world renowned architect Le Corbusier, a first in Northern Cyprus, was held at Cyprus International University (CIU) by the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Twelve internationally respected speakers of various nationalities attended the seminar that took place during 10-13 December under the title “Le Corbusier – A Swiss in The Mediterranean”. Various organizations from Turkey and North Cyprus also contributed to the seminar, which was attended by academics, professionals, cultural groups as well as international and local students.

The Minister of Education Dr. Özdemir Berova was also present for the opening of the international seminar that focused on Le Corbusier, one of the pioneers of the 20th century architecture, design and town planning.
