TRNC President Mustafa Akinci has restated that the solution of the Cyprus problem can be reached within months, and not years

According to Kibris, Akinci has stated that the period between autumn until and the end of the year will be very important in the UN talks process.

He said that if the same determination and will is shown in that period, then the solution is possible to be reached "not within years but within months."

He also expressed the wish that a solution to be reached and a federal, bizonal solution to be established so that the two communities in Cyprus to live in peace.
