Eastern Mediterranean University [EMU] 2015-16 Spring Semester, Final Exams will be starting on May 23rd and expected to end on July 15th.

POINTS TO BE OBSERVED DURING EXAMINATIONS

1.      Be at the examination hall at least 5 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
2.       Any student who is at most 20 minutes late and before any student leaving the examination hall will be accepted to take the examination. Such students will not be given extra time.
3.       Do not forget to bring your Student Identity Cards to the exam, you may not be allowed to sit for the exam without the student ID.
4.       Write your identity details in INK on your exam paper, as shown on your Student ID card at the beginning of the exam.
5.       Sign the attendance paper using a ball point or ink.
6.       Mobile phones and other communication devices can not be used in the exam hall for any reason.
7.       Items such as pencils, pens, erasers, and any other item permitted by the instructor for the purpose of the exam must be brought to the examination hall. Exchanging of these items between students during the examination is not permitted.
8.       Do not ask any questions related with the examination to the invigilators.
9.       Adhere to the instructions of the invigilator issued to maintain the peaceful conducting of the examination.

Please be informed that preparations for the 2015-16 Academic Year Spring Semester Graduation Yearbook have commenced. Taking this opportunity, we wish all prospective graduates success.

As usual, photo shootings and text submission via the student portal will take place between 07 April 2016 and 27 May 2016 (both dates inclusive) prospective candidates are expected to schedule an appointment via the “photo shooting appointment” tab available under the “prospective graduate” link in their own portal. Please be informed that unless an appointment is scheduled, photo shooting will not be possible.

The venue and time for photo shootings is Studio Photo Özay (Opposite Cyprus Turkish Cooperative Central Bank, University main entrance) between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Prospective graduates who wish to submit texts (maximum 100 words) for publishing in the Graduation Yearbook may do so by clicking on the ‘message uploading’ tab under the ‘prospective graduate’ link in their portals.
