EMU!: "Residency Permit" Procedures for New Students [...and old students]

Please be informed that residency permit procedures will commence at EMU Student Services Office by April. State Hospital, and State Immigration Office (District Office) personnel will be at the Student Services Office to give residency permits.

Working Hours:
State Hospital: 09:00-11:45 (Monday-Friday)
State Immigration Office: 09:00-12:00 ile 13:00-14:00 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)
                                             09:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 (Thursday)

Required Documents:

1.Student certificate to be obtained from the Registrar’s Office.

2.Health report (original copy) (for newly registered students only).
(p.s.: first, you must obtain a “Health Refferal Document” from the district office)

3.One passport-sized photograph.

4.Dormitory record sheet (for students residing in student dormitories).Students residing off-campus are required to fill in an “immovable property rent declaration” from at EMU Student services office.

5.Original passport and a photocopy of the relevant pages.

6.One revenue stamp valued 10.5 TL.

7.Immigration fee – 110 TL for one year.
