TRNC residents, brace yourselves… Temperatures are expected to reach 41 degrees'C inland and will continue for much of next week.

According to a statement from the Met office, the new band of heat is expected as of tomorrow and will continue on into next week. Temperatures are expected to be between 38-41 degrees inland and 32-35 degrees on the coast.

Winds will be southerly and westerly with stronger winds expected this weekend.
