OVERVIEW: A Christian Party was Held at Cyprus International University [CIU] for Christian Students

A Christmas Party was held at Cyprus International University (CIU) for Christian students from various overseas countries. Held at the Çevik Uraz Conference Hall, the event was attended widely by international students, whereby the day was marked with songs and dance shows organized by the CIU International Choir, and CIU Dance Club. Having a fun time together, students from various cultures and belief systems made for a colorful event.

The event commenced with songs from the CIU International Choir in the Conference Hall which was decorated with Christmas decorations and lights. Hosting two students from other universities in addition to CIU students, the Choir sang Christmas songs such as “First Noel”, “O Holy Night”, “O Come All Ye Faithful” and “Ding Dong” while CIU students sang along.

Having performed a surprise dance show at the Rector’s Office on the previous day, CIU Dance Club gained the sympathy of participants with their energetic performance during the dance show organized specially for the evening, while students clapped along, making for a highly interactive and fun evening.
