Indonesia hosted the 4th Muslim Beauty Pageant called World Muslimah Awards. About 25 finalists from around the world compete in the final round of the World Muslimah Awards, exclusively for Muslim women in Yogyakarta on Nov. 13-21.

From an online commenter: Well great news coming from Indonesia! This pageant wants to show everyone how Muslims women are not the way those Islamophobes think oppressed and beaten up. It wants to show that Muslims women can do anything independent women do. It provides training and entrepreneurship programs, and operates
charity programs for Muslim women by Muslim women who live in remote areas, orphanage houses, disasters land field and conflict victims. So it just proved those bigots out there wrong about Muslims women being suppressed with their heir covering.
And for Islamophobes, every religion followers has tendency to be aggressive
