CIU Faculty of Fine Arts Open Spring Semester With Exhibition

The Cyprus International University Faculty of Fine Arts kicked off the 2014-2015 Spring Semester with an exhibition at Levent College in Nicosia featuring work from students in the Departments of Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Industrial Product Design.

The exhibition ran between the 16th and 20th February, showcasing notable student projects selected from design courses as well as works highlighting model construction and ergonomic techniques.

For students the exhibition provided an opportunity to present their work from the previous semester, while Levent College pupils interested in the Departments of Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Industrial Product Design were given an insight into the work going on at CIU.

The Faculty of Fine Arts aims to develop the talents and creativity of its students through an education based on the principles of aesthetic, technological and functional creativity, providing them with the opportunity to become artis
ts within their domains, and making the students into designers equipped with scientific knowledge and productivity.
