TRNC Police Press Bureau: Traffic week begins today May 5th in TRNC

According to a statement released by the Police Press Bureau, within the framework of raising awareness and drawing attention to traffic rules, a variety of events will take place including television and radio programs to enlighten the public.

In line with the week, the mobile traffic park will pay visits to the Haspolat Primary School, the Şehit Zeki Salih Primary School and the Mehmetçik Primary School to inform children about traffic rules and traffic awareness.

Traffic police will also be paying visits to primary schools throughout North Cyprus to educate children regarding traffic rules and how they can protect themselves in traffic. Large posters that draw attention to traffic awareness are being displayed in areas where there is the most traffic. Also brochures are being handed out all with the aim of raising awareness to traffic problems and rules.
