Passenger numbers at Ercan Airport TRNC on the rise

The number of passengers using Ercan airport has greatly increased, according to the director of the Civil Aviation Department, Mustafa Sofi.

Addressing an event recently, he said that there had been rapid growth in the civil aviation sector. Ten years ago 1.5 million people went through Ercan and in 2015, passenger numbers have reached 3.5 million.
