Cooler weather expected in the second half of the week in TRNC


According to the Met Office, cooler weather is on its way towards the end of the week.

The Office forecasts that there will be a band of low pressure weather during the period of 15-21 September; the first half of the week will be hotter whilst the second half of the week will be cooler and wetter.

The first few days will be open and clear with temperatures ranging between 36-39 degrees inland and 31-34 on the coast. The second of the week however will see temperatures drop to 32-35 inland and 27-30 on the coast.

Winds will be northerly and westerly in the first half of the week and then southerly and westerly, strong at times for the rest of the week.
