Near East University [NEU] Specialist Physicians on call 24/7 for Emergency Cases at NEU Hospital

Alongside the physicians that serve in the Near East University Emergency Department, which provides 24/7 uninterrupted services, a specialist physician will also be on duty everyday to provide medical service.

In order to enhance the quality of emergency medical services at the Emergency Department of NEU Hospital and provide better medical treatment to those in need of urgent medical care, a specialist physician has been tasked to work with the existing equipped medical staff.

According to the press release issued by the Directorate, emergency cases including traumatic injuries are in an increasing rate across the country. Within the scope of the new application, a specialist physician will be working with emergency physician, emergency medical technician and registered nurses in order to respond the increasing emergency cases more accurately and quickly with a broader medical staff. Enhancing the medical staff of NEU Hospital Emergency Department, which provides uninterrupted medical service for patients ranging from outpatients to those with potentially life-threatening conditions, aims to ensure more accurate medical diagnosis and timely treat the full spectrum of urgent, acute and emergency aspects of illness and injury at any hour of the day or night.
