Eastern Mediterranean University [EMU] Designs a Mobile Application Program for Students

Eastern Mediterranean University Computer Center designed a mobile application program for iOS and Android mobile phones. Through the program which displays students’ courses, course notes, timelines and classrooms on a map, EMU has become a pioneering institution creating a mobile portal for students within the universities in TRNC.

Designed by the Director of EMU Computer Center Aytaç Çerkez and developed by Software Group Unit Chair Ahmet Diler, the project will allow students to view their exam calendars, course attendance information and academic and tuition fee-related information as well as campus facilities and social information such as taxi, restaurant and cafe locations and contact numbers.

Students may download the said software from Google Play “EMU – ANDROID” or Apple Store “iEMU” by using their portal username and password. Restaurants, cafes or taxi companies wishing to register to the said program may obtain further information from EMU Computer Center at 630 1264 or 630 2506.
