Eastern Mediterranean University's Music Professionals Organised a New Year’s Concert

Eastern Mediterranean University Education Faculty, Fine Arts Education Department Orchestra welcomed the new year with a concert. Formed by final year undergraduate students and academic staff, the orchestra sang Habanera and Piazzola’s Libertango from Bizet’s Carmen opera.

Conducted by Başak Gorgoretti, 4th year student Eda Çetin sang the songs enriched by participating academic staff members. Dr. Alev Müezzinoğlu contributed to the concert as the 1st violin group chef and Dilşad Asadova was the soprano singer in Habanera. Music lovers were delighted by the songs in the concert successfully presented to them by prospective music teachers.
