EMU GRADUATION Clearance Procedure & DIPLOMA Approval Process for 2015/2016 Fall

Dear Prospective Graduates,

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to you on your success. As Alumni Relations and Career Research Directorate (MİKA), we will be informing you about the graduation procedures in an ongoing fashion. The first step of the graduation procedures is the "Clearance" procedure.

In order to initiate the "Clearance" procedure, you are expected to fill in the Contact Details Update Form, which is available under the "Prospective Graduate" link in your portals until 15 January 2016. Please be informed that "Clearance Forms" may be collected from the Registrar's Office as of 22 January 2016.

NB.: The Rector's Office will be sending Graduation Ceremony invitations to your family. Therefore, along with the address information you are expected to update on the aforesaid form, we kindly invite you to write the names of the family members (e.g. mother, father, sibling, close family, etc...) in the alternative contacts section.
