NEU was represented at the 3rd International Conference on Leadership & Learning in ASIA [ELLTA 2014]

Hosted by the Universiti Sains Malaysia, the 3rd International Conference on Leadership & Learning in the Asian Century (ELLTA 2014) was held in Pulau Penang, Malaysia on November 17-19, 2014. The conference provided platform for meaningful interactions and networking. A variety of innovative and interactive sessions were held to provide opportunities for networking, discussing, debating, and extending ideas.

The Near East University Atatürk Faculty of Education faculty members, Assoc. Prof. Dr Zehra Altınay and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fahriye Altınay, the Chairpersons of the Societal Research and Development Center that affiliated with the Center of Excellence, attended the conference and represented the Near East University in the field of leadership and information science on an international scale.

According to the press release from the Directorate of Press and Public Relations Office of NEU (Near East University Nicosia, Cyprus), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fahriye Altınay attracted great interest with their presentation on higher education and distance education.
