TRAGIC: Nigerian tourist found dead in swimming pool in Cyprus

According to early investigations, the 26 year old unidentified Nigerian man was in Cyprus for Holidays and the exact cause of death will be determined by an autopsy.

Cyprus-Mail reports that, the 26 year old Nigerian was found dead in a hotel swimming pool in the Mackenzie area of Larnaca, South Cyprus.

Currently, the Police believe no foul play was involved. It appears the man drowned naturally. The deceased was found by a hotel guest at around 1pm on Thursday, January 4th 2016.

Subsequently he was pulled out of the pool and taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced DOA [Dead on Arrival].
